    In Winter 2024 I participated in a Study Abroad Program with Sacred Heart University to Dingle, Ireland. This experience was life changing, pushing me to do things I never thought I would do. It pushed me to work on my communication skills, because I was alone in another country with no one that I knew and had to make connections with other students as well as locals in the area. I took a music class that, being Irish, taught me a lot about my own culture and background and pushed me outside of my comfort zone with musical performances and dance classes.
