• Reviewed and distributed comprehensive cash management self-assessments, supporting risk mitigation and compliance across key operational areas. Ensured alignment with updated standards and contributed to audit readiness and strategic oversight
• Attended a variety of internal and external meetings, including team meetings, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) sessions, Compliance Committee meetings, professional development trainings, vendor-led discussions on online banking features, Deposit Product strategy meetings, and department shadowing sessions to broaden operational knowledge and contribute to cross-functional collaboration
