As an Bank Operations Intern, I\u2019ve supported multiple departments, including Deposit Operations, Electronic Banking, Digital Banking, the Customer Service Center, and Technology Operations; gaining a comprehensive view of banking operations and internal controls.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Refined and updated risk assessments to align with evolving standards, improving consistency and reporting accuracy across teams.<br \/>\n\u2022 Oversaw daily reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring timely resolution of high-value items while maintaining compliance with internal protocols.<br \/>\n\u2022 Managed and resolved flagged transaction items on a daily basis, addressing issues such as account discrepancies and processing errors with attention to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022 Proactively initiated conversations with senior leaders to gain strategic insights, mentorship, and a deeper understanding of organizational decision-making.<br \/>\n\u2022 Reviewed and distributed comprehensive cash management self-assessments, supporting risk mitigation and compliance across key operational areas.
