Investor Relations Analyst
As an Investor Relations Intern at Equitable Holdings in New York City, I supported the Investor Relations team in managing communication between the company’s executive leadership and the investment community. My responsibilities included assisting with quarterly earnings preparation, monitoring analyst reports, developing materials for investor presentations, and tracking shareholder engagement. I collaborated with internal teams such as Finance, Capital Markets, and Strategy to ensure accuracy and consistency across investor-facing materials. During my internship, I helped prepare Q2 earnings materials, including key messages, Q&A documents, and presentation slides, compiled and summarized analyst reports and peer data, supported the development of the quarterly earnings call script, and conducted research on institutional ownership trends to identify shifts in shareholder composition. This internship deepened my understanding of financial communication, valuation, and capital markets-core topics in my Finance and Economics majors. It allowed me to apply concepts from Corporate Finance, Financial Statement Analysis, and Investments while enhancing my ability to synthesize complex financial information into clear, data-driven insights for both internal and external stakeholders.
