My responsibilities included competitive and field research, event planning, product storytelling, and supporting membership growth strategies. A main project I worked on was co-developing a Gen Z-targeted product sampling event, including vendor outreach, survey design, and post-event reporting to measure product potential and generate vendor partnerships. Another project I worked on in a group was pitching an idea to the executive board on how they can better implement the pillars of the company through presenting a slide show. This experience strengthened my understanding of marketing research, consumer behavior, and strategic communication, which directly connect to my major, Marketing.\u00a0I learned how to apply classroom concepts, such as identifying target audiences, analyzing competitors, and creating persuasive messaging in a real business setting. Additionally, working with AI-driven tools gave me insight into how technology is reshaping marketing practices and how to work with AI rather than against it, which is highly relevant to my studies as I progress into a full-time job in marketing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":232,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-6","points","type-points","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/points\/6","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/points"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/points"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/232"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=6"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/points\/6\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/pro.ksom.scranton.edu\/julierubino\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=6"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
