Medical Product Marketing Intern

During my internship as a Medical Product Marketing Intern at Olympus Corporation, I supported the marketing team by managing multiple projects, conducting market and competitor research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance product strategies. I worked on marketing and organizational initiatives, ensuring the timely completion of key deliverables while also gathering internal information across departments, which gave me a broader perspective on corporate operations beyond marketing. Extensive market research of direct competitors included in high-level competitive overviews

Created and presented in order to highlight the benefits and dangers of AI in a highly regulated, professional environment

Through this experience, I strengthened essential professional skills such as Microsoft Office, public speaking, and time management, while also gaining practical insights into how corporate functions intersect, directly connecting to the research, strategy, and communication skills emphasized in my business and marketing coursework. Luckily, I have been extended a continuation offer fully remotely here in Scranton, where I can continue to contribute in a meaningful way and hone my professional skillset.
