- Client Experience Management intern: operational side of BlackRock, delegating client inquierries, assiting with new client onboardings and being a service officer for many different client types.
- Led various types of meetings which collaborated with various parties, assisted with portfolio compliance with excel spreadsheets, completed a final presentation which was presented to senior management
- Operational internship, as a business analytics major it was great to see how process improvement was utilized in a financial setting. I was able to combine my major courses, while also being able to combine knowledge I’ve gathered in clubs such as PRISM
